What we’ll do
Mushrooms scare a lot of people, and they should — but with the right framework, identifying a handful of common, safe edibles is achievable on day one. We focus on chanterelles, hen of the woods, and lobster mushrooms, with a heavy emphasis on what NOT to pick.
